Abstract
|

|
A case of uterine carcinosarcoma, projecting into the vagina, the external genitalia and causing the partial inversion of the uterus was presented in young girl who was age of 16yr old. Otherwise the tumor had been developed to fetal head sized for these 10th months since the clinical symptoms identified.
Under state of no metastasis the tumor resection through vaginal route, laparatomy and total hysterectomy, bilateral adnexectomy were performed.
